1. What is OSM?
We use Online Scout Manager (OSM) to keep everything organised. This is the main system we use for attendance, badge tracking, events, and subscriptions.
2. The Parent Portal
OSM has a user-friendly Parent Portal where you can:
- View upcoming events
- Manage payments and subscriptions
- Track badge progress
- Notify us of absences
3. How to Join OSM
Once your child has attended their first night, we’ll send an invitation to the email you provide on your paperwork. You’ll need to accept this invite and create a login. From there, you’ll be asked to fill in your child’s personal and medical details so we have all the necessary info.
