Our group is powered by people with all kinds of skills, interests and availability. Whether you’d like to support young people directly or help behind the scenes, there’s a place where you can make a real difference.
Where Could You Fit At 1st Chilton?
There’s countless roles at 1st Chilton that might be perfect for you. Here’s a few of them:

Uniformed Leader
Help deliver fun, adventurous activities that give young people Skills For Life.

Trustee
Support the group behind the scenes by helping guide decisions, finances and governance.

Occasional Helper
Help occasionally at meetings, events or trips wihtout taking on a regular leadership role.

Behind The Scenes
Support with admin, fundraising, grants applications or other practical skills.

Help keep our Scout Group running by managing finances, tracking income and expenses, and supporting the team with simple financial oversight.
