Chilton Cubs Join Other Groups in a District Camp Full of Adventure

This weekend, our Cubs from 1st Chilton joined groups from across the district for an action-packed camp!

Cubs from Chilton teamed up with others from Ferryhill, Bishop Auckland, St Helen and more, enjoying a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends and work together.

Throughout the weekend, the young people took part in a range of exciting activities, including crate stacking, archery, soft tomahawks, catapults, and bushcraft. Everyone showed great enthusiasm, teamwork, and determination as they challenged themselves and tried something new.

Although the bad weather meant we had to cut the camp short, it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits. The Cubs made the most of every moment and came away with brilliant memories, new skills, and plenty of stories to tell. It was a fantastic camp, and we’re already looking forward to the next adventure!
