County Durham Day Celebrations
It was another busy and memorable evening at 1st Chilton Scout Group as we welcomed Chilton’s County Councillor, Stephen Bowron, to see our young people in action.
To celebrate County Durham Day, our Scouts took on the creative challenge of designing and making their own County Durham-themed woggles, producing some fantastic results and showing plenty of imagination along the way.
The evening also marked an important milestone for many of our members, as we proudly invested 15 young people into their new Scout sections. These ceremonies are always a special occasion and celebrate the progress our members make on their Scouting journey.
A huge thank you to Councillor Stephen Bowron for taking the time to visit and support our group. It was another action-packed evening full of creativity, achievement and celebration at 1st Chilton Scout Group.
